Emily Malfroid has over 10 years of experience as a veterinary nurse working a variety of clinical settings. She began her veterinary career as a nurse in a general practice in Sarasota. After moving to Gainesville to further her education, she joined the team of veterinary nurses at the University of Florida, working with board certified veterinarians in Emergency and Critical Care. She later worked for Affiliated Veterinary Specialists, primarily in surgery and anesthesia. Most recently, Emily was a customer service representative for Patterson Veterinary. Her veterinary background combined with her customer service experience will make her an asset to Trimauxil customers, providing them with the knowledge and support to be successful in their efforts to help dogs lose weight.
Emily is originally from Michigan but moved to Florida in 2005 and has fallen in love with the city of Gainesville. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, cycling, kayaking, and music. Her and her boyfriend have a tabby cat named Abigail, a chihuahua named Ranger, and a Catahoula/Bluetick hound mix named Cassie Lee.
